I’m Webb Hasenyager, Co-Owner and Chief of Sales at Nailed It Home Solutions. With over 10 years in the home improvement industry, my journey has been driven by a deep passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service. I’m a people person at heart, and I truly believe that this business is all about connecting with others and earning their trust. Since the moment I stepped into the industry, I haven’t been able to imagine myself doing anything else.

One thing that sets Nailed It Home Solutions apart is our unwavering commitment to accountability. Over the years, I’ve heard countless homeowners express frustration about the lack of follow-through in the industry. That’s where we shine. I’m personally invested in ensuring that our clients feel heard not only during the positive moments but also through the tough conversations. Every night, I ask myself how I can improve tomorrow, and I make sure to bring that mindset into everything I do.

I lead by example and believe that leadership starts with leading from the front. I never ask anyone to do something I haven’t or wouldn’t do myself. This approach fosters a culture of accountability and sets a baseline standard that applies to everyone, from the owner to the newest team member.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father to my beautiful six-year-old daughter, who is my biggest inspiration. I’m driven to show her through my hard work that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. I love being involved in my community, and when I’m not at work, you’ll find me enjoying a baseball game, hiking, or diving into books, podcasts, and documentaries to keep learning and growing.

One of my proudest moments was being promoted to sales manager in my previous role—a goal I set for myself from day one. Reaching that milestone confirmed that I was on the right path to achieving my dreams, and it’s what continues to drive me every day as we grow Nailed It Home Solutions.

I’m Amanda Epley, Co-Owner and Chief of Operations at Nailed It Home Solutions. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I’ve honed my skills in production, keeping everything organized from crews to relationships with distributors, dumpster companies, city clerks for permits, and even the mailman. I never envisioned starting my own company until last winter when Webb asked, “Why don’t you have your own company?” That question planted the seed for Nailed It Home Solutions. After years of feeling frustrated with how the industry was being run, I realized I wasn’t tired of the industry itself—but tired of how things were being done. I knew it was time to build something that reflected my core values, something that could establish a new norm, not just rewrite the script.

As one of the founders, I see my role as building, creating, and guiding the company’s growth. I’m passionate about marketing and building our reputation—an area I never expected to enjoy so much. I see myself as the nurturer, ensuring every small detail is taken care of because I believe the difference between winning and learning (not losing ) is in those details. I want to instill transparency and honesty within our team, setting my intention every morning and sticking to it.

What sets Nailed It Home Solutions apart is our commitment to doing things the right way. Over the years, I’ve learned what not to do in this industry, and that knowledge is invaluable. My goal is simple: a high five at the end of the day, knowing we’ve done it right, even if we face challenges along the way.

The biggest challenge has been the waiting—like a trip to the airport, where you rush to get somewhere only to end up waiting in line again and again. Along the way, I’ve realized how much more there is to learn, and I do my best to embrace that instead of judging myself. Pivoting when needed is part of the process.

What keeps me moving forward is my unwavering belief that failure isn’t an option. Life has thrown its challenges my way, but I’m committed to pushing through because this is it—there’s no other option but to succeed. This determination fuels me every day and drives the work I do at Nailed It Home Solutions.
